From initial enquiry to final appointment, the patient care team provides a continuous point of contact for all patients, ensuring their experience is positive throughout, and Karen is the main contact for all those patients who are currently in-treatment at IVF-Life UK.

Danielle Featherstone

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Danielle originally joined IVF-Life UK in November 2016 as one of the finance team.  Enjoyment of her regular contact with patients in this role led to her new position as a patient care co-ordinator, liaising particularly with new enquirers through attending a webinar, or a free 15-minute Zoom consultation with one of the doctors, to their first visit appointment at IVF-Life UK.  Danielle is a designated contact for new patients right up to when their treatment begins, answering questions and offering support through these first crucial stages of their journey.

Sue Faulkner

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Sue is one of patient care team who works on the reception desk, meeting and greeting all patients and visitors to the clinic.  Sue joined IVF-Life UK in 2017, with many years of reception experience, which she uses every day, especially when reassuring patients who may be anxious about their appointments.  Sue supports the nursing and clinical teams by ensuring all clinic lists are available, and, currently, she temperature checks visitors on arrival, as part of the pandemic policy.  Hers is one of the voices that will answer your phone call and direct you to whomever you need to speak to within the team.
