The next stage of the process will be to prepare for the collection of either sperm or eggs.
For men, this will mean that the necessary tests will take place, including testing for any infectious diseases. This will be done by experts in one of our modern, well-equipped laboratories.
For women this also involves relevant tests, and the start of hormonal stimulation. This will mean that the woman is given medication which will increase the number of follicles produced. These are important because they hold the eggs.
Once this preparation has begun, the progress of the eggs will be monitored by a doctor to ensure that three or more follicles have developed to the desired size.
